Cancellation Policy

Below is the general guideline for our cancellation policy if your agent does not mention otherwise:

Cancellation Policy for Hotel accommodations:

• If you cancel 14 days before check-in date, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 14 to 7 days , there will be a cancellation penalty of 1 night accommodation.
• If you cancel between 7 days to 24 hours, the full amount of the hotel will be charged.
• There will not be any refunds on “no shows” for the hotel accommodations.

Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets:

• If you cancel the tickets 1 month before departure, only 15 Euro will be charged.
• If you cancel within 1 month to 1 week time before departure, 40% of the total cost will be charged.
• We cannot give any refund on no-shows for flight tickets.
• Promotional fares offered by airlines are non-refundable, non-changeable.

Cancellation Policy for Tours and Airport Transfers:

• If you cancel 48 hours before the tour or airport transfer, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 48 hours to 24 hours before the tour or airport transfer, we will charge 50% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of tour or airport transfer , we will charge the full amount as cancellation fee.
• We cannot give any refund on no-shows for tours or airport transfers.
